Q: How to pay the payment?

You can choose transfter to our bank account via Alibaba Trade Assurance,T/T ,Paypal or Western union. Sample order payment 100% in advance. Normal order will require 30% for deposit before produce, and 70% balance before shipping.  

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

*For Small Order , we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. You can receive in 5 days to 8 days.

Different countries ,different shipping time.

*For Big Order, we usually ship by Sea, the shipping price is more cheaper than by air. You can receive in 15 days to 59 days.

*If you want to buy many pieces machines, we suggest you choose Shipping by sea .

Q: Have minimum order Quantity?

For new customers, they can place a trial order to test the product's quality and the sales in their markets.

Q: I have my own "forwarder agency" in China,can I use my own fawarder to ship for me?

Of course, you can, If you use your own forwarder to ship the goods for you,you only need to pay products cost to our company.
